Forged & Untamed

Welcome to Forged & Untamed! My name is Kenda and I'm the artist at the bench soldering, bending, sawing, hammering, polishing and usually cussing. F&U was born out of a desire to create while also dealing with life as a full-time working single mom of four amazing children. It became an outlet for self-reflection, self-expression and a way to show my children we can do anything we want if we just take the time to learn and be curious. Coming from a long line of craftsmen, I have always had a deep appreciation for anything made by two hands and a big heart. It was only in recent years that I found my own little slice of craft that brings me to a place of great joy and challenge. Forged & Untamed came out of life’s fire. The fire that melted me down and allowed me to rebuild as a woman who pressed on with who she is at her core and doesn't give up. Loving life in its raw form to celebrate those that bring joy and love into our lives.
